The Enrolment Process

If you are considering enrolling your child at St Mary’s you need only to contact the office on (03) 50 263 483 or email admin@smrobinvale.catholic.edu.au and our friendly staff will be happy to help you. Once you have contacted the school you will be provided with an Enrolment Pack that gives you all the information you will need to complete the process and get to know our school. Once you have filled in the enrolment form in the pack and gathered the documents you require:

• Birth Certificate (required)

• Immunisation Record (required)

• Most recent school report (required)

• Baptism Certificate (if applicable)

• Visa & Passport (if applicable)

• Reports, letters or diagnosis from a doctor, paediatrician, speech pathologist, psychologist, occupational therapist or other professional (if applicable).

A mutually convenient time will be scheduled for you to meet with the Principal to go over your documents and discuss your child’s enrolment. The best time to enrol your child is at the end of the year prior to them starting at St Mary’s but we are open to enrolments for all year levels at any time throughout the year. We strongly prefer to have our Foundation student enrolments for the following year completed by the end of term 3 to assist with transition. We are very happy to provide school tours on request at any time.
